On July 3, the Lukou District Huatan tantalum niobium military and civilian dual-use new material industry chain project was completed and put into operation, which is expected to produce 10 million sets of tantalum capacitor shells and 3 million spinnettles (plates), effectively solving the problem of new materials and parts being “locked” by foreign countries for a long time.
Hunan Huadan New Materials Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating tantalum niobium metal materials, ceramic materials, glass materials research and development, production, processing and application of new materials. The company’s tantalum niobium military and civilian dual-use new materials industry chain project covers an area of about 40 acres, with a planned total investment of 500 million yuan. In March last year, the project settled in Lukou District, the project from the signing of the land transfer contract to the acquisition of real estate rights registration certificate, construction land planning permit, construction project planning permit and construction project construction permit, only took 4 working days, becoming the city’s “standard land to start” benchmark case, creating a new record of approval speed at that time.
Lukou District also sent service specialists to follow up the whole process of the project, starting from how to prepare materials, guide and improve procedures, run errands, coordinate relevant departments to solve problems, etc., to customize specific plans for the project. At the end of May, the project achieved 4 days to obtain the planning verification certificate, joint acceptance certificate, completion acceptance record form and housing real estate title certificate, at least 2 months in advance of the past, becoming the Lukou District’s first “land to start” and “completion of the certificate” double demonstration project.
